Bella casa piena di atmosfera, camera bella e pulita. Ci è stato chiesto di cambiare stanza per un errore di prenotazione da parte di booking ( cosi ci ha detto il proprietario). Per ringraziarci ci è stata offerta una bottiglia di vino trovata in camera nel pomeriggio al nostro rientro. Staff cordiale e simpatico, proprietario gentilissimo.

We stayed at Esparanza in November this year - the accommodation was fantastic, breakfast delicious and the staff were soooo helpful. Such a great stay would HIGHLY recommend - they even stayed up late for us arriving and let you borrow a cell phone for your stay, very helpful when retrying to deal with KLM and lost luggage!

The owner is very friendly and professional. Esperanza is centrally situated in Oranjezicht, close to the city, vibrant Kloof street and has easy access to all major routes out of the city. Breakfast is excellent and I can recommend Esperanza for a comfortable "home away from home" stay in Cape Town.

Bed was clean and very comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic with eggs and bacon and lot of fruit and cereals, muffins, cheese and ham available and very good quality. Also the atmosphere at breakfast time was nice.The owner and the staff were very friendly

Lovely old traditional house with a great view from the front overlooking cape town, situated near to Table mountain which is what we wanted, rooms was nicely decorated with a good sized bathroom.
