Beautiful characterful property in a quiet , safe residential area overlooking a sports field with Table Mountain behind. A comfortable 35 mins walk into town.Mark, the host is friendly and helpful. The rooms are luxurious, stylish and immaculate. The breakfast are freshly cooked, delicious and there is plenty of choice.

Excellent stay

Esperanza guest house is very nice, upscale and refined bed and breakfast in a quiet safe capetown neighborhood. Our room 5 was ground level, a large room with antique furniture. We had both a stall shower and also a clawfoot vintage bathtub. Water was very hot and plentiful. The room had no AC, but capetown climate is mild and it wasn't an issue. Bella casa piena di atmosfera, camera bella e pulita. Ci è stato chiesto di cambiare stanza per un errore di prenotazione da parte di booking ( cosi ci ha detto il proprietario). Per ringraziarci ci è stata offerta una bottiglia di vino trovata in camera nel pomeriggio al nostro rientro. Staff cordiale e simpatico, proprietario gentilissimo.
